CARLSBAD, Calif., Jan. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Callaway Golf Company (NYSE: ELY) officially announced that Marc Leishman has joined the company as a Staff Pro. He will use Callaway Clubs, a Callaway Golf Ball, an Odyssey Putter, and wear a Callaway Hat on Tour.

A long hitter off the tee, Leishman is on the rise after a tremendous 2015 campaign that included a runner-up finish at the Open Championship, where he carded a final round 66 to earn his spot in a 3-man playoff. He also made his 2^nd consecutive Presidents Cup appearance for the International Team in October, and beat the top ranked player in the world in his singles match. And in November, he won the Nedbank Challenge over a star-studded field for his 9^th professional win.

Leishman enters the year as the 26^th ranked player in the world.
